Registration

While the first education record that comes to mind is the very important school pupils register and related records such as the discipline register there are a range of other education records that are also of genealogical use. These include records of teachers and their movements within the school systems and progressions (or otherwise in their careers), School Inspector Reports, the community involvement in getting a school in their district and the continued community involvement in the school activities, development of the curriculum and examinations, school journals and histories.

Due to internet problems, this webinar has been cancelled and will be rescheduled when the issue is resolved.

Skill level: All     Presenter:  Helen V. Smith
